Currently the Vice President of Bailey Consulting Group, Randy Bailey is a consultant, trainer, speaker and teacher on a variety of subjects in the Human Resources field. With over twenty years of experience in all aspects of the Human Resources profession, Randy has held responsible Human Resources positions in industries as varied as coal mining to public utilities and health care in Fortune 500 companies. He as served as Vice President, Human Resources for an international corporation.

Randy is an adjunct professor in the Human Resources Certification Program at the University of South Florida and a guest instructor in the PHR/SPHR Program. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) being a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Compensation Association for his work in the compensation field. He is a graduate of West Virginia University specializing in business management. Randy is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, World@Work (formerly the American Compensation Association) and the Suncoast Human Resources Management Association.
