Linda L. Bailey, SPHR

  With over twenty years of experience as a Human Resources generalist,   Linda Bailey is a consultant, speaker, trainer and teacher on many Human   Resource issues while emphasizing the employer-employee relationship.   With a goal of “helping employers from needing employment lawyers”, her   expertise covers both crises intervention and continuing management   solutions.

Her corporate experience has occurred in various industries, with a Fortune 300 company, and as a Vice President of Human Resources for a PEO, (a professional employer organization).

Linda majored in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

As a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1979, she holds their highest certification, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Linda has held numerous positions in that organization, both on a local and statewide level, as well as in the Suncoast Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association, and its local chapter. As a member of the teaching faculty of the Division of Professional & Workforce Development at the University of South Florida, she teaches a number of courses in the Human Resources field.
